This weekend we have a free Card on big FOX. We are finally getting the rematch with Dustin Poirier vs Eddie Alvarez after their first fight ended in a No Contest. These are just two of the most exciting fighters in the UFC and we ought to observe an wonderful struggle here. DraftKings has some adequate competitions out for this card and I was amazed to find that a 20k top prize in their own main tournament. That’s what I will personally be chasing and I’ll be making a bunch of LUs to throw to that. Listed below are a Couple of plays I like for Saturday and my fade of this week:
Cash Game play of this week — Stack (Dustin Poirier $8,800 AND Eddie Alvarez $7,400)
This is an easy method to start my money LU this week and I anticipate this to be quite popular in most cash game formats. These two were on pace to get a top scoring struggle in their first battle and I think we’ve got an easy 100+ between the both of them . I think the winner of this struggle will score more than 100 points and then we add in all the sig strikes and other things from the loser as well. But we promise ourselves that the triumph. The only way this battle does not score more than 100 DK points is somebody gets kneed in the mind illegal and the fight is stopped short….
GPP drama of this week — Hakeem Dawodu ($9,400)
I believe this matchup was put up for Dawodu a triumph. In addition, I think Islam Makhachev, who is $200 more, will be quite highly possessed and this may be a good pivot him off to distinguish your LU a little bit. I really do think Dawodu will obtain some good ownership as well but I think he is a good GPP drama this week. I believe the most probable outcome in this struggle is Dawodu becoming a (T)KO win. He must pay off his $9.4k salary if that is the case, particularly if it is early. He’s a very good striker and we didn’t get to find out that in his UFC debut at which he had been angry very early in the struggle. This is the best fit for him to showcase his striking and why there was a lot of hype behind him going into his introduction. I believe we could see a 1st round KO here which makes Hakeem Dawodu my GPP drama of the week.
Underdog play of the week — Ion Cutelaba ($7,600)
The most important reason Cutelaba is my underdog drama of the week is because there is not any way he isn’t scoring at least 10x when he can get the win. He’s got big power and could find a 1st round KO here and score over 100 DK points. If he does that with his cheap salary of $7.6k he’ll certainly be at the winning lineup. This is a solid fight to target both sides but points per wages shrewd, Cutelaba has among the ceilings on the card. I don’t see this battle going to decision and the winner should score highly. I think if you’re making numerous lineups this weekend then you should definitely have exposure to Cutelaba.
Fade of the week — Katlyn Chookagian ($8,700)
I’m fading a couple of fighters this week personally, but the individual I never considered using was Katlyn Chookagian. It’s not that I do not believe she could win, because she for sure can. However, I do not see her paying off an $8.7k DK salary with a win. I think we’d require a finish from her in this struggle to get 10x that wages and I think that is quite unlikely to happen. The most Chookagian has scored in a UFC fight so far in her career is 83 DK points. That wouldn’t be sufficient here to put her at the winning lineup in her $8.7k price tag. I think if you are earning 20 or less lineups that Saturday you may safely fade Chookagian and when she’s a win it should not hurt much.
